I am a 4th-year Biomedical Engineering student at the University of Waterloo, specializing in Medical Artificial Intelligence. As a Machine Learning Research Intern and Developer, I’ve worked at several tech startups and research labs, building AI-powered systems for explainable lung ultrasound diagnostics, enhancing AI testing with foundation models and LLMs, and developing computer vision pipelines for humanoid robots.
Currently, I contribute to research work at the Critical Machine Learning Lab, focusing on making models adaptable to new environments. I am also working with Deep Breathe to explore use of Augmented Reality (AR) technologies to guide sonography procedures.
Our work "LangDA: Language-guided Domain Adaptive Semantic Segmentation" is accepted to the Adaptive Foundation Models (AFM) Workshop at NeurIPS 2024.
Completed internship at San Francisco based AI start-up Kolena, where I researched and engineered intelligent ways to enhance testing of AI systems.
Our work "Are all classes created equal? Domain Generalization for Domain-Linked Classes" is accepted to the Workshop on Distribution Shifts at NeurIPS 2023.
Our work "Domain-Guided Spatio-Temporal Self-Attention for Egocentric 3D Pose Estimation" is accepted at KDD 2023.
